The Jet Set is extremely adaptive to your requirements and comes with straps included to quickly convert the carrier to a shoulder bag or backpack. Both ends of the carrier have zipped mesh doors which can be rolled up and fastened with velcro to allow easy entry and exit for your pet. The side flaps can also be rolled up and secured with velcro for increased air circulation and then rolled down to cover the side windows, providing your pet with all the privacy it needs and to protect them from the elements. The thick quilted fabric, padded interior and rigid flooring protects your companion against knocks and bumps on your journey.
As well as being a much comfier and more practical alternative to hard cages, the Forma Frame can be easily removed so the bag can be washed between uses. Its incredibly hard wearing and is manufactured from 1800 denier ballistic nylon with double sewn seams and toggled zips. Youll find plastic studs on the base which prevents the fabric from scuffing, meaning your Jet Set carrier will last you for years.

No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads,
closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in
the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
Delivery Surcharges
Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.
If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be
received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods
to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.
Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee
should be referred to us in the first instance.
