The Infinita is the complete carry system for your small pet, with its stylish design and fantastic features it makes travelling with your small pet easy and stress free for the both of you.
The Infinita small pet carrier is designed for Toy and Teacup breeds like Yorkshire Terriers and has a maximum weight capacity of 7kg. It can also be used for cats, rabbits and other small pets.
The Infinita enables you to carry and transport your pet in various ways. You can use the padded integral carry handles, crossbody strap, longer straps to make a simple rucksack or to secure to your car seat. The Infinita carrier really is a beautiful and simple way to take your pet with you wherever the next adventure may take you.

There are a range of additional accessories available to attach the Infinita to your motorbike or team with the Rolling Platform for use in airports. You can also purchase the Rain Cover to help protect your furry friend from the temperamental British weather!
The Infinita's heavy duty 1800 denier padded hypoallergenic fabric is not only weatherproof and provides UV protection, but the perforated mesh on the sides of the carrier allows air to circulate freely in the warmer weather, when in heated rooms, train carriages, aeroplane cabins or cars, keeping your small pet comfortable, relaxed and secure. The solid base ensures that the carrier can stand up and take the weight of your small pet whether it be a cat, rabbit, guinea pig or iguana. The top loading and smooth continuous zipping action of the Infinita eliminates the need to unzip the top and window separately and means that the stress is taken out of placing your pet in the carrier and enables easy access once you have reached your destination. This clever system also prevents the mesh windows from being mislaid and the velcro tabs allow the mesh windows to be rolled back so that your small pet can pop out their head to interact with you and take in the world around them. No need to worry about your small pet escaping, there is a built in extendable lead with clip to attach to your pet's collar to ensure they are secured inside the Infinita.

Next Day Delivery Information
No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads,
closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in
the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
Delivery Surcharges
Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.
If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be
received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods
to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.
Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee
should be referred to us in the first instance.
